Richard was an abilities blessing during this roller coaster ride. My husband and I absolutely would not have been able to do this without him. He knows the ins and outs of this job and his expertise helped us in more ways than I can even count. He was always profession, helpful and available for anything we needed throughout the entire process. Not only did he help us sell our existing house, he helped us purchase a new one at the same time. I am not always the easiest person to work with but he never batted an eye. Moved into the area recently and Richard was fantastic during the entire process.
