Oh, man! This guy is diggity-DOPE! (Yes, I went there). I was a bit skeptic at first, due to the fact that we were looking while living far away from where we were moving to. However, Richard was very professional, and even offered us other homes to look at via FaceTime. Because of his expertise, he was able to get us a much better home than what we originally wanted. He even hooked us up with a different mortgage company who was able to help us with VA benefits. Oh, and because of his OCD, our home inspection was flawless. These guys are all amazing!

Me and my husband are first time home buyers and didn't have a clue about the process of buying. I found Richard through Zillow and was very impressed with his quick response and his wife even met us shortly after to show us a house. Richard was super personable, easy to talk to and quick to respond to any questions. It took a bit to find the right one for us and we even backed out of one after deciding it wasn't in the area we wanted. However, he still continued to work with us and we found our home literally the next day and we're very happy! He's very detail oriented and made sure that everything on our walkthrough was taken care of no matter how small and we appreciated that.
